What can a TLH Reckoning player expect?
- All players are expected to be actively involved with the Tallahassee community by participating in local events, appearance, and signing autographs after home matches.
- All players are expected to consistently promote all in-season TLH Reckoning events, matches, etc.
- All players are expected to understand that they are representing something greater than themselves; you are contributing to institutional evolution.
- All players will be held to the highest professionalism standards as set by founder, Dr. Ashlee Fontes, who first-handedly worked with the biggest professional names, built the Washington Spirt, and collaborated with some of the most notable brands. Any player who is not representing the club to the expectations of Dr. Fontes will be removed from the team.
- Housing – Players are expected to find their own housing from the many sublets that are available in the summer due to it being the summer semester for FSU and FAMU. Players should also connect with local TLH Reckoning players to possibly room with a teammate over the summer.
- Players will receive high performance training support and guidance from women’s soccer specific experts.
- Players will have access to video analysis.
- Players will have access to a gym, weight training program and the top Orthopedic/Health center in the area (TOC).
- Players are responsible for all of their in/out of market travel, food, and any other related personal costs for the summer.
- Due to league fees, league registration fees, uniforms, development resources provided to players, and unmatched experts in the women’s game, there is a $200 per month fee. Players will be required to pay the $400 for the regular season and $200 for the post season. If TLH Reckoning does not make post-season play in July, then there will not be a $200 fee for July.
- Players in need of financial assistance will need to speak directly to Dr. Fontes.
